As a communications professional and former federal project manager, I truly believe in the power of conversation and clear communication.

I’ve been certified as a Self-Development and Career Coach, certified through the International Coaching Federation, since 2021. My clients hail from both the federal government and the private sector.

When you work me with, together, we will creatively plan a structure for action so you can catapult towards your goals and self-discovery.

My clients can expect positive energy, strong active listening and presence skills, as well as a safe and trustworthy atmosphere. We will be partners. In my free time you can find me hanging out with my husband and young children, powerlifting, teaching yoga --> to counteract the powerlifting =), and enjoying the outdoors amongst the beauty of the New England Region.
